Nestled within the lush natural landscape of Martvili, this cottage development is a contemporary architectural project designed to blend seamlessly with its surroundings. Our team was responsible for both the architectural concept and the creation of high-quality 3D visualizations, aimed at presenting the project's atmosphere, materials, and spatial experience in a realistic and compelling way.
The cottages feature distinctive sculptural forms and dynamic rooflines that create a strong architectural identity while maintaining harmony with the natural environment. Expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing maximizes natural daylight and establishes a continuous visual connection between the interior spaces and the surrounding greenery.
Special attention was given to landscape design and site planning. Carefully arranged pedestrian pathways, decorative planting, recreational areas, and a charming bridge contribute to a serene and inviting environment for both visitors and residents. The overall master plan emphasizes comfort, functionality, and a strong relationship with nature.
The 3D visualizations showcase the project under different lighting conditions, highlighting the interaction between architecture, materials, and landscape.
